30-Day Comfort Guarantee:

If you are not completely satisfied with the comfort of our product within 30 days, you have the option to receive a store credit for the purchase price without any additional fees, or opt for a refund which is subject to a $15 processing fee
To initiate a return under our Comfort Guarantee, please email us at info@lusome.com with your order number and a brief description of your issue. Our customer service team will guide you through the process based on your preferred option.
Please be aware that all shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
