At LUSOMÉ, we stand behind the proven technology of our sleep products, but we understand that sometimes the fit might not be perfect. We want our customers to feel comfortable and sleep well. Here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

30-Day Comfort Guarantee:

  • If you are not completely satisfied with the comfort of our product after 30 days, you have the option to receive a store credit for the purchase price without any additional fees, or opt for a refund which is subject to a $15 processing fee
  • To initiate a return under our Comfort Guarantee, please email us at info@lusome.com with your order number and a brief description of your issue. Our customer service team will guide you through the process based on your preferred option.
  • Please be aware that all shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges and Refunds:

  • If a garment doesn’t fit, its the wrong color or an unwanted gift, you may return it for an exchange or a refund within 7 days of the receipt date. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging with tags intact. To initiate return, please click button below. Returns are subject to a $15 handling fee. We will provide a pre-paid return label for shipping the item back to us.
  • For defective items or errors in your order, please return it by clicking the button below within 7 days of receipt. Processing Returns:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within five business days to your original method of payment.

Timeline for Returns:

  • Once confirmed, send your item(s) back to the specified warehouse. It may take 7-10 business days from receipt for the warehouse to process the return and confirm eligibility for inventory restocking or exchange dispatch.
  • You will be notified by email once the return or exchange is processed.
