At Lusomé we wake up in service of our customers every day, so for that reason, if you are not happy with the performance or fit of our sleepwear we will happily exchange your purchase or refund if that is your preference. All we ask is for a simple explanation of what didn’t work for you in the spirit of learning so we can improve.
Please send us an email at email@example.com stating EXCHANGE or RETURN with your order number in the subject line and we will get back to you within 3 business days. *Please note, this EXCLUDES all FINAL SALE products.
Please ensure washing instructions are followed especially regarding fabric softener as using sheets or liquid fabric softener negatively impacts the moisture management performance.
If you find any defects, we must be notified within 14 days of receipt. We take pride in our quality control measures and while it is extremely rare for a defect to make it through our checks, occasionally it does happen.
Items on the Sale page are FINAL SALE and not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Upon receipt of your order, if you find the fit, not to your liking, we will happily exchange your item and get the better fitting size or style back to you.
For both exchanges and refunds the process is the same. Full details on our exchange/refund policy is detailed on the return form.
Please follow the below steps:
- Please fill out the return form below and send to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject line.
- Give our team 3 business days to reply with confirmation of receipt and will advise next steps.
- Once confirmed you can send your item(s) back to 1 of the 2 warehouses noted on the return form.
- Please give the warehouse 7-10 business days from receipt and confirm their ability to return to inventory or confirm the requested item can be sent back out
- Once notification from the warehouse on the return shipment for an exchange, you will be notified by info@Lusome.com
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
All standard orders will be shipped four to five business days of confirmation from our team that they have received your order. If your order includes an item that we indicated will be shipped at a later date, we will only ship the entire order out together once the item arrives.
